Weekend Statistics

This weekend we had a whirlwind of travel, fellowship, and information. We found that traveling at night is much more efficient and pleasant so we drove from Plymouth, MA to Abingdon, VA all night Thursday and came back all night Saturday.
We traveled:
1,776 miles
stopped at 8 rest stops
used 120 gallons of gasoline
drank 72 bottles of water
ate 30 bags of sun chips
devoured 48 granola bars
sang 20 hymns
played 2 scrabble games
Mom slept 2 hours, Dad slept 3 hours each way
listened to 15 lectures
met 3 families with nine kids each
drove though 8 states and the nations capitol
